90 minutes prior to wedding: the Wedfuly A/V team works with your on-site contact to set up your rental equipment

30 minutes prior to the wedding: remote guests are admitted to the wedding, greeted by a custom playlist and slideshow of photos and video snippets

Guests can offer well wishes via your virtual guest book and capture photos and boomerangs via your photo booth

Throughout the prelude, the Wedfuly team provides tech support to ensure all your guests can see and hear the video feed

Don’t have a wedding DJ? No sweat – we’re happy to play your ceremony music for you!

Guests watch your wedding ceremony live while the Wedfuly team switches between multiple camera angles, ensuring we capture every moment.

Guests remain muted but can post their reactions & communicate with each other via chat

After you take a quick break to catch your breath, you and your new spouse (!) can quickly come to a camera to say hi to the remote guests and smile as the Wedfuly team takes a group photo

You’ll then turn your attention to your in-person event while the Wedfuly team stays on with your remote guests, leading them through leaving short video messages for you two

After your wedding, you’ll receive your full wedding footage (including those video messages from guests), your guest book, photo booth, and chat log
