The Complete Wedding package is completely customizable and always an expression of the couple. Here’s an idea of what your timeline could look like.

 

    • 90 minutes prior to wedding: the Wedfuly A/V team works with your on-site contact to set up your rental equipment

    • 30 minutes prior to the wedding: remote guests are admitted to the wedding, greeted by a custom playlist and slideshow of photos and video snippets

    • Guests can offer well wishes via your virtual guest book and capture photos and boomerangs via your photo booth

    • Throughout the prelude, the Wedfuly team provides tech support to ensure all your guests can see and hear the video feed

    • Don’t have a wedding DJ? No sweat – we’re happy to play your ceremony music for you!

    • Guests watch your wedding ceremony live while the Wedfuly team switches between multiple camera angles, ensuring we capture every moment.

    • Guests remain muted but can post their reactions & communicate with each other via chat

    • Our team is able to coordinate any and all “virtual VIPs” like wedding party members, musicians, readers – or even a remote officiant!

    • After a quick intermission, the party begins! Our team will work out creative ways to implement anything you dream up.

    • Some of the most common reception elements include:

      • Multi-media elements, like a video that tells your story as a couple (created by Wedfuly)

      • First dances

      • A jumbo-tron style group dance

      • Cake cutting & champagne popping

      • Toasts – either pre-planned or “open floor” style

    • After your wedding, you’ll receive your full wedding footage (including footage of your guests at home), your guest book, photo booth, and chat log.

FAQs

  • You’ll pay just $200 today to save your date. From there, you’ll make decisions on any add-ons you’d like to include and will be invoiced for a final payment prior to your wedding.

  • You’ll be matched with a Wedfuly Coordinator, who will be with you from start to finish. You’ll fill out a short intake form and start the planning process – beginning with scheduling your consult calls.
